CONWAY - Ana Bastos has been named the SCAC Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.

Bastos was Hendrix's leading attacker over the weekend, spearheading a potent Warrior attack in victories over the University of Dallas and #22 Colorado College on Saturday at Grove Gymnasium. The senior hit 0.390 across the two matches, including an impressive 0.350 on 40 swings in Hendrix's 3-1 win over Colorado College to give Hendrix their second top-25 win of the year. Bastos also recorded a double-double against Dallas with 13 kills and 10 digs. She averaged 4.50 points and 4.14 kills per set across the weekend, helping improve Hendrix to 13-6 and 8-1 in the SCAC.

This is Bastos first player-of-the-week honor of the season. She and the Warriors will remain in Conway to host Austin College and Centenary next weekend in Conway.
