CONWAY - After helping Hendrix to a 2-0 start in SCAC play over the weekend,
Riley Brady and
Reghan Frazzetta have been named SCAC Players of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
Brady was an offensive force in the Warriors' two victories, hitting 0.545 over the weekend with 27 total kills. The senior averaged 3.8 points and 3.38 kills per set and also notched two service aces against Ozarks on Friday evening. On Saturday against LeTourneau, she posted 11 kills along with 10 digs to mark her first double-double of conference play.
Frazzetta set up Brady and the potent Warrior offense all weekend long, totaling 48 assists across the two matches. The first-year setter averaged 6 assists per set and contributed to a 0.328 team efficiency in the wins over Ozarks and LeTourneau. She also added six digs in each match and a kill against the YellowJackets.
Brady and Frazzetta will lead Hendrix into the first SCAC Crossover event of the season as they head to Seguin, Texas for matches against the University of St. Thomas, Concordia (Texas), and the hosts, Texas Lutheran.
