Junior center Jamie Tate averaged 16.5 points, 17.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 3.0 steals per game in a pair of conference losses over the weekend. The Nashville, Tenn. native set season-highs with 18 points and 18 rebounds to go with three assists and a steal in Friday's defeat to Oglethorpe. She recorded 15 points, 16 rebounds, two assists, a block and five steals in Sunday's overtime loss at Berry. Tate also made a basket with 1.7 seconds left in regulation to force overtime.
Tate sits in second place on Hendrix' career-rebounding list with 746 and only needs eight more to claim the record.
