CONWAY, Ark. - The Hendrix College men's soccer team lost a Southern Athletic Association match to Oglethorpe University 3-0 at Warrior Field on Sunday afternoon.

The Stormy Petrels (7-2-1, 3-0) opened the scoring with a Nick Williamson goal on a Justin Graves assist in the 25th minute. Nikos Papanikolopoulos scored in the 29th and 31st minute, both assisted by Sean King.

For the game, OU outshot the Warriors (4-7-2, 0-3) 21-2. Playing shorthanded in the second half, Hendrix held Oglethorpe scoreless and limited them to only three shots on goal.

Junior keeper Eric Bracy recorded six saves in 75 minutes in goal. Sophomore forward Jacob Pierce and junior defender Greg Gandy each took a shot for the Warriors.

Hendrix will take on Birmingham-Southern College on Saturday for another SAA game.
