DANVILLE, Ky. - The Hendrix College women's soccer team lost to Southern Athletic Association leader Centre College 2-1 on the road Sunday.

The host Colonels (11-4-2, 5-0-1) outshot the Warriors (6-7-3, 1-4-1) 26-2 and 15-1 on goal. Centre also had an 11-1 corner advantage.

Hendrix sophomore forward Samantha Lallas scored on a free kick in the 22nd minute to go up 1-0. The Colonels tied it seven seconds before halftiem when Lucy Yanckello knocked in a rebound of a free kick.

Tori Dillard scored the game-winner in the 86th minute for Centre.

Sophomore keeper Rachel Zweig recorded a career-high 13 saves for the Warriors.

Hendrix will play their final game of the regular season at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn. on Saturday.
