CONWAY, Ark. - The Hendrix College men's soccer team moved their unbeaten streak to four matches with a 2-0 victory over Lyon College at Warrior Field Wednesday night.
The Warriors (4-3-2) struck in the 16th minute when sophomore midfielder
Jacob Pierce delivered the ball to freshman forward
Anthony Galick who rocketed a shot into to the back of the net from 30 yards out.
In the 28th minute, Galick fed sophomore forward
Will Dunaway who struck scored from just right of the goal into the left corner to give Hendrix the 2-0 victory.
The Scots (3-4-2) outshot the Warriors 15-7, but Hendrix had a 3-2 edge in shots on goal. Sophomore midfielder
Max Getler took the Warriors' other shot on goal.

Marco Luna had two saves for the Warriors, giving him two on the year. Luna tied Kylee Beene's (2004-07) program career mark of nine shutouts.
Rob Brown stopped one shot for Lyon and Andres Contreras took both shots on goal.
Hendrix will be off until Oct. 5 when they host Millsaps College for their first Southern Athletic Association match of the year.
