CLARKSVILLE, Ark. - The Hendrix College women's soccer lost 2-1 to in-state rival University of Ozarks on the road on Tuesday afternoon. The Warriors (1-2) lost despite outshooting the Lady Eagles (2-0) 16-5 and 14-3 on goal.
The game was scoreless until the 36th minute when Ozarks midfielder Victoria Romero scored on a pass from Monica Seiler. Hendrix tied the game less than three minutes later when sophomore forward
Sydney King ripped a shot through UO keeper Mary Eoff's fingers.
The match remained 1-1 until the 82nd minute when Frances Adams knocked in Brooke Talmer's shot off a corner kick to give the Lady Eagles the victory.
King took four shots on goal for the Warriors. Sophomore

Vanessa Franco recorded two shots on goal each.
Eoff recorded 13 saves in goal for the Lady Eagles. Sophomore keeper
