MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Hendrix College men's basketball team lost 86-62 to Rhodes College in a Southern Athletic Association game at Mallory-Hyde Gymnasium on Saturday. The visiting Warriors (7-8, 1-3) tied their season-high with 25 turnovers, leading to 29 points for the Lynx (10-5, 3-1).
Rhodes led 45-32 at halftime and maintained a double-digit advantage throughout the second half.
Hendrix shot 52.3 percent (23-of-44) from the field, but were 5-of-17 from three-point range and 11-of-23 at the free throw line. Rhodes shot 53.6 percent (30-of-56) overall, 8-of-16 from outside and 18-of-21 at the stripe. The Lynx also had a 31-27 rebounding edge.

Luke Vance registered 10 points and nine rebounds for the Warriors. Senior forward

Drew Miller and Johnny Dunavant led the Lynx with 16 points each. Geoff Livsey scored 13 points and Luke Collins had 10 points and six assists.
Hendrix will continue SAA play on Friday when they travel to Birmingham-Southern College.
