Kayla Patton blasted a solo homer over the fence in center field and
DJ Sandidge skied another one past the scoreboard in left field in the bottom of the second to give the Warriors (15-16) a 2-0 lead.
The Scots (15-21) picked up a run in the top of the third when center fielder Katherine Bartley drew a walk, stole second and scored on a double from shortstop Haley Huffstuttler. They tied the game in the sixth when Huffstuttler singled and was knocked in by an Amanda McCauley double.

Sydney Ozersky hit a double to right field in the bottom of the sixth, scoring senior center fielder
Tiffany Hubbard and junior
Katey Havens, to give the Warriors the win.
Sandidge went 2-for-2 with the home run and a sac bunt to lead the Warriors at the plate. Huffsttuttler and right fielder Savannah Graham each had two hits for Lyon.
Warrior freshman
Hope Resor (4-5) picked up the complete game win, allowing seven hits, two runs and a walk with three strikeouts. Lexi Reyes (5-9) allowed eight hits, three earned runs and struck out two in the loss.
Hendrix will play their final regular season series of the season when they host Southern Athletic Association rival Rhodes College beginning with a double-header at 3 p.m. on Friday.
