CLARKSVILLE, Ark. - The Hendrix College men's tennis team lost 9-0 at the University of the Ozarks on Tuesday afternoon. With the loss, the Warriors move to 1-1 on the year, while the Eagles move to 1-0 in their season opener

At #2 doubles, UO's Greg Knaggs and Jacob Organ defeated sophomore Karthik Garimella and freshman Kristian Lenser 8-5. Todd Turner and Bishop Bass beat senior tandem Robert Sheets and Bob Berardi 8-3 in the top flight.

Sheets fell to Turner 6-1, 6-4 at number one singles and Knaggs topped Berardi 6-3, 6-4 in the third spot. Garimella lost to Corey Dillard 6-1, 6-4 in number four singles.

Hendrix will compete in the ITA Southwest Regionals in Tyler, Texas beginning Friday.
