CONWAY, Ark. - The Hendrix College men's tennis team dropped a match to Southern Athletic Association rival Millsaps College on Sunday afternoon, falling 9-0 to the Majors.

In doubles play, the Warriors could not build momentum and went into singles trailing 3-0. Robert Sheets and Bob Berardi at the top flight and the team of Ian McVinney and Kiran Chakka at the second flight fell by identical 8-3 scores. Kristian Lenser teamed with Daniel Habenicht for the second straight match at third doubles, falling 8-2.

In singles play, all six Warriors went down in straight sets. Kiran Chakka was the nearest to earning a set victory, falling 6-3, 7-6 (7-4) at the fourth flight. Kristian Lenser nearly grabbed a set as well, but fell 6-0, 7-5 at fifth singles.

The Warriors move to 4-10 on the season with an 0-6 mark in the SAA and will finish their regular season with a visit to Memphis to take on Rhodes College on Saturday.
