BRANDON, Miss. - After winning four consecutive elimination games, the Hendrix College softball team's magical run came to an end with a 7-0 loss to Berry College in the Southern Athletic Association Tournament finals Sunday. The sixth-seeded Warriors (14-26) played all six teams in the tournament, finally losing to the top-seeded Vikings (32-6).

Berry started the game with two runs in the top of the first and four more in the second. They added another run in the fourth.

Pitcher Allison Coronado (9-3) threw a three-hit, one-walk shutout to secure the championship for the Vikings.

Hendrix' three hits were singles by junior third baseman Shelby Anderson, freshman catcher Nikki Sanders and senior right fielder Morgan Fires.

The game concludes the careers of three Warriors seniors - Fires, Michaela Larabee and Seana Corbin.

Selections to the All-Tournament Team will be named later.

Hendrix Notes
- The Warriors finish the season with the second-best on-base percentage in school history at .394.
- The 2015 squad set the school record for most walks drawn (115) and double plays turned (23) and they tied the record for sacrifice flies (10) and stolen bases (67).
- This was the first ever conference tournament finals appearance for Hendrix in softball.

Berry Notes
- The Vikings had 10 hits, with four players getting two each.
- Shortstop Sarah Moore drove in three runs and had a single and a double.
- Center fielder Rachel Bartoe went 2-for-2 with two doubles, a pair of runs and two RBI.
