CONWAY, Ark. - The Hendrix College men's tennis team lost 9-0 to Millsaps College in Southern Athletic Association action Sunday.

The visiting Majors (19-4, 3-0), who are ranked 14th in the Atlantic South Region, swept through doubles, then won all six singles matches against the Warriors (3-9, 0-3).

Senior Karthik Garimella and junior Daniel Habenicht lost to Jacob Niehaus and Henry Friedler 8-3 at number two doubles.

In singles, Diego Marti-Vertiz topped Garimella 6-2, 6-1 in number one singles. Friedler defeated junior Kristian Lenser 6-1, 6-1 in the second spot and Josh Sherain was a victor over sophomore Daniel Sweeney 6-1, 6-1 at number five.
