Conway, Ark. - One day after locking up its first victory of the season on both the men's and women's side of things Friday, Hendrix carded a pair of third-place finishes Saturday in the 51st Annual Hendrix Classic. The women managed to record 423 points with only a pair of NCAA Division II programs recording more points while the men carded 266 total points.
 

"I am happy the way we looked in the water today," stated Head Coach Tony Marleneanu. "We were very tired after a long meet last night, but we kept pushing and we did well. This is the first time this season racing the longer events like the 400 yard relays and 200 yard stroke. There were many best times or right on it. I am proud to see our athletes stepping up and race against DII schools like Henderson State and Colorado State. On the other side, we still need to improve our turns and breakouts. It was an great weekend for us."
