CONWAY, Ark. – Following a setback to University of the Ozarks (Ark.) back in early October to open up the season, Hendrix welcomed NCAA Division II foe Harding into the Hatcher Tennis Center Thursday as Men's Tennis faced its first taste of competition in over four months. Harding took a commanding 8-0 lead but junior Parker Work was able to bring the No. 6 singles victory home to the home team as Work took the tiebreaker (10-7) after falling 7-6 in the opening set and winning the second set very convincingly, 6-2.

"We fought hard against a very good team," stated Head Coach Craig Kirchgessner. "Harding is extremely talented but we managed to steal one from them in a third set tiebreaker in the No. 6 singles spot. I am very proud of our guys and are encouraged for our season."
