Conway, Ark.- After a clean sweep this past weekend and setting the record for wins in a season, Jeff Trimble's squad look to keep the momentum going as they close out their regular season with a matchup against Rhodes. The Warriors have already clinched a SAA Quarterfinal game at home, but the matchup this weekend will determine what seed the Warriors earn, with the two schools tied in SAA play at 4-2.
The Warriors earned a clean sweep over the past weekend, knocking off Berry 3-0, Jeff Trimble's first ever win over the Vikings, & a 1-0 victory over Oglethorpe. In their matchup against Berry, Kennedy Lewis channeled her inner Gandolf and didn't let anything get past her ("You shall not pass", nothing? It was worth a try), collecting 16 saves in the game which ties for 6th in school history for saves in a game. Madison Lampkin continues her incredible season, sending two more goals in the back of the net this past weekend, giving her 10 on the year. Mackenzie Sinclair has put on a stellar performance this season, adding another assist this past weekend, putting her with a team lead 6.
The Warriors have been electric on offense this season, averaging 2.29 goals per game, while averaging 10.4 shots per game. Hendrix has also been electric around the goal, hitting 62% of their shots on goal this season. The defense of the Warriors have been strong this season as well, holding opponents to one goal per game, while also holding opponents to .089% on shots. Rhodes
