Canton, Ga. - On Monday, the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) announced its final Athlete of the Week honorees for the 2024-25 season, with Hendrix's Riley Brady earning the distinction after a phenomenal two-game stretch to close out the regular season.

On Friday night, the sophomore posted a 24-15 double-double versus Centre, with 7 of her 15 rebounds coming on the offensive end. Brady shot 8-of-12 from the stripe and was 8-of-13 from the field.

On Sunday, she recorded her second-consecutive 20+ point game with 21 points to lead the Warriors to a 68-53 win over Sewanee in their regular season finale. She collected 10 boards on the afternoon and was a perfect 7-of-7 from the line while shooting 7-of-18 from the field.

Sunday marked Brady's 13th double-double of the season. She averaged 14.1 points and 13.9 rebounds per game in 20 games played after missing the first 5 games of the season while still with the volleyball team.

Brady and the Warriors will be back in action this Sunday as they head to Danville, Ky. to square off with the second-seeded Centre Colonels in the first round of the SAA Tournament.
