CONWAY - Chase Harris the SCAC's Hitter of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.

Harris slashed .667/.692/.833 in Hendrix's series win over Austin College. The first-year recorded two three-hit games and went 3-for-4 in the series finale that gave the Warriors the series and a berth into the SCAC Championship this upcoming week in Cleburne, Texas. Harris scored 6 runs, stole 4 bases, and also drew a walk over the three-game set.

Harris ends the regular season with a .364 batting average, recording 44 hits and 14 RBIs and finished third on the team with 32 runs scored. Of his 44 hits, 9 of them were for extra bases.

Harris and the Warriors will open the postseason on Thursday against McMurry University. First pitch is scheduled for 3:00 PM at La Moderna Field.
