CONWAY - Christian Roberts has been named to D3football.com's Team of the Week, the organization announced on Tuesday.

Roberts is coming off a career day against Millsaps as helped the Warriors to a 36-27 road win in Jackson, Mississippi. The sophomore racked up a career-high 18 tackles, including 13 solo tackles, and 1.5 tackles for loss. He also forced two fumbles, the last one coming on a goal-line stand to keep the Majors out of the end zone.

Roberts currently leads the Warriors' defense with 19.0 total tackles and 3.0 tackles for loss.

This is Roberts' second weekly honor of the season after being named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Co-Defensive Player of the Week on Monday. He and the Warriors will travel to Sherman, Texas this weekend to take on Austin College for a 1:00 PM kickoff on Saturday at Apple Stadium.
