Conway, Ark.- The College Sports Communicators have released their Academic All-District teams for both Men's & Women's Basketball with
six Warriors earning their spots on the list.
For the men,
Carson Bower and
Colten Berry found their names on the list. Bower started in all 26 games, averaging 6.3 points per game. Berry started in 25 games, averaging 6.2 points per game and 4.5 rebounds per game.
The women had four selections:
Ava Knoedl,
Megan Gray,
Natalie Edmonson &
Carter Crane. Knoedl was named All-SAA Honorable Mention this season, averaging 12.7 points per game to finish 9th in the SAA in scoring. Gray was named SAA All-Sportsmanship team, averaging 4.1 points per game. Edmonson started 16 games, averaging 6.3 points per game. Crane played in all 26 games, averaging 1.2 points per game.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 15, 2025 (men) and April 16, 2025 (women).
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
