Hall of Honor
Byler's accomplishments on the court and field for the Hendrix Warriors led to her being named Newcomer of the Year in basketball her freshman year, becoming a six-time Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Player of the Week, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 Second Team All-Conference and 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 First Team All Conference for basketball and being named a six-time All-Conference selection (two for softball and four for basketball), including the All-SCAC Softball First Team in 2010 and All-SCAC Softball Second Team in 2009 and 2011.
She remains the Hendrix softball career leader in home runs, and holds sixth place in runs batted in and ninth place in total bases. Byler made four appearances on the SCAC Academic Honor Roll on her way to earning her Bachelor of Arts degree at Hendrix. She continued her education at Baptist Health College Little Rock, where she graduated with distinction, and then at Harding University, where she was named an American Academy of PAs Conference Designee.
