Hendrix College Athletics

Wes Holland ('99) of Conway, Ark., was a four year baseball letterman earning All-SCAC honors four years, three times as an outfielder and once as a pitcher. He posted a .346 career batting average. As a senior, he went 8-1 as a pitcher with a 2.55 ERA, batted .353, helped lead the Warriors to their first appearance at the SCAC Tournament. In 2006 he was named to the SCAC’s 15th Anniversary Team for Baseball. After graduating from Hendrix, Holland went on to play professionally as a pitcher in the Independent Northern League in Adirondack, N.Y. and in Waterbury, Conn.
